THERE ARE ONLY 2 DIFFERENT FORMS FOR 2017

1) For Returning Vendor or Guild Festival Reservation Formcontact our President.

For NEW potential Vendors or Guilds, the same registration form is available on request. (We start inviting new entries after February 15, 2017); anyone wanting space at the festival should request the form from our President (contact info at the bottom of the Organization webpage).

2) For those supporting our organization through either Membership, Sponsorship, or Advertising only (and NOT with a space at the festival), contact our Secretary (contact info at the bottom of the Organization webpage.

New members are always welcome in CNY Fiber Artists & Producers. Most of our meetings are conducted by telephone, so proximity to CNY is not an issue.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

Regular members, who pay $25 per calendar year, are eligible to vote at CNY Fiber Artists and Producers meetings, to submit entries in our annual Fiber Sale at the festival, and help make other activities possible.

Supporting members contribute $50 per calendar year and are eligible for the following:

Voting privileges at all meetings
Participation in the annual Fiber Sale
Listed as a supporter on the cnyfiber.org website, with a link to their website (here they are!)
Reduced fees on vendor and animal spaces at the annual festival

Guilds have a special educational role in the fiber industry and therefore in our fiber festival.  We like to include them as participants purposely interacting with the public to answer questions and show them various fiber-related techniques.  If your guild is interested in reserving a booth space for this purpose or to be vendors, please contact Pam, our President, for the booth Reservation Form.  Hope you'll join us in making this festival one that our attendees return to year after year.

Returning Vendors are encouraged to stay a part of our festival family.  The current Vendor forms are emailed to all vendor participants in the previous two festivals.  If you did NOT get that email, please contact Pam, our President.  If you have moved and/or changed any of your contact information, we obviously need that updated information.  The earliest entry deadline is June 30th right after the festival when a good majority of our returning vendors sign up.  The next best rates can be obtained by registering on or before February 15, 2017!  After that date, we will be inviting new vendors and exhibitors so there are no guarantees you will be able to return to your previous location nor that a spot will be available.  Note that Potential New Vendors can contact Pam now to be added to our waiting list.  We do occasionally accept new vendors due to retirements, family issues, or health reasons.  We are always interested in adding fiber related products and services that are unusual.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:

In addition to support from our members, sponsors are critical to the viability of the festival and all activities of the organization, and we do our best to publicly recognize those who are able to help us in this way. Sponsors are eligible for all privileges enjoyed by supporting members and for additional benefits that vary according to the level of sponsorship.
